I beg your pardon.

Back on track, I like A LOT how CCP managed to convey both the utilitary and "barebones" Minmatar style with new textures and new design concepts & trends. The ship does look QUITE Minmatar, but at the same time looks shiny, solid and well built, unline the current model.

They could renew all the Minmatar line with this kind of approach and I would be very happy indeed.

The best thing is how CCP designers manage to avoid overlapping styles between races. Each race retains their own flavor through all graphic overhauls.

I love the new Hound and I love the new Stabber/Vagabond hull. I wish they did the Cyclone next.

It seems as though the design ethic apparent in the new Vagabond is being carried over to the re-design of another Minmatar classic, namely the Tempest.

Bare in mind these are incomplete models at this time and are not fully rendered. They do however look sexy as hell.

I do NOT like the design of Minmatar ships....

I love the look of this bad boy! Gotta fly this. Looking forward to this coming on to TQ.

New Stabber / Vaga also are sweet as hell.

The next step is making the Typhoon look like something other than a toilet roll tube with spikes on it. Cool

I'm liking the new Tempest. The 'bridge' area looks a bit strange, but as a whole, I like the new aesthetic of Minmatar.

That's the point. The Tempest will no longer resemble prefab modules bolted together with engines in the back. It'll join it's big brother, the Maelstrom, in looking like a warship.

The Typhoon? Leave it be.

Edit: Scratch that. Give the Typhoon panels like the Tempest has, one for every side of the ship. Mount them perpendicular to the surface.

I love the versitility of minnie ships.........

But the one thing that has always stopped my flying them more is I can't stand the design of them apart from the rifter and slasher.

I for one am loving the new sleeky minnie concept and will wholeheartedly look forward to flying these sleek ships in the future.

That is the Way, the Tao.

Balance is everything.

And people say that EVE background story stands still. Look, Minmatar stopped building (some) ships out of junk, no more space hobos after all those years anyone?

Due to the success of the Minmatar FW effiort. Minmatar ship designers are now licensed to employ MDF and plasterboard panneling. Winmatar victor!

Call me crazy but the new design seems something like inbetween the Amarr and Gallente style :|
