Alliance faction standings?

Is there such a thing? I have been looking for information on alliance faction standings for my boss, and Im not seeing anything at all!!! Please help! Do they have some sort of derivitive thing going like corps?

If anyone knows, please hmu with some info. P

Just add 'Militia' to the overview and dont shoot the wrong ones

OK, maybe I was not clear...
Do alliances have any kind of Faction and NPC standings, if they ARE NOT involved in FW? Like personal or corp standings, do alliances have some sort of dirivitive standings too? Or is it just set standings like we already got on our slider bars for that ingame?

If Im not making sense, please tell me... My CEO tasked me with this, and Im trying to get an answer that I couldnt google out.

I may be wrong, I do not look at any standing but my own normally. But this did come up last night in Corp chat, and as a whole your corp does have standings with npc corps.

I'm a nerd, you can check my stats!! Skilling Int/Mem at 45 sp per minute is how I mack!     I'm like a lapdog, all bark no bite.

If you are not involved in FW you don't have other standings than regular ones, this means you might be ok with caldari/amarr and bad to gallente/minmatar and by the way those people recieve warnings when thy get in to those systems, if they last longer than the necessary time to jump next gate or dock faction police shoots them.
I don't know if you can do it being in that faction WF but I assume this should be the case.

We have standings, corps have standings with factions based on memberships standings, so do alliances have standings based the member corps standings?

I know this may sound like a strange question, but I just cant find any real answer... which kinda makes me think they may not have standings based on the member corps standings... BUT, but... if alliances have standings with NPC corps or factions how does that work???

I figure that too... but I cant prove it, and there is nothing I have read so far to make me really trust what seems like the answer (this game is not freindly to guessing). My CEO knows I think, but hes making me find out myself. He keeps telling me to read a BOOK called Friday. He said this is what happened, so since Im not sure what that means just yet, Im guessing its to make me work for it.

The EVElopedia page is out of date.

Though one way to check would be to do a show info on one of the factions and go to standings and see if it lists your alliance's standing with the faction.

I saw that, this whole time Im running dist missions (minding my own business) and then I ask a "simple" question, and WHAM I end up with freaking homework.

Corporations yes but Alliances couldn't find the tab for NPC standings in my current alliance standings tab so I might as well suppose either I don't have access to that information -this might be possible- or only personal/corporation standings towards NPC factions are taken in account for whatever stuff you need that piece of information.

Cool, I was looking for some confirmation, but what I end up getting is basically the same "nothing" I started with... soooo, taking a guess that maybe alliances dont have faction standings like I thought they might... still a guess and kitty dosnt like guesses.

Could some really wise ISD man, or 57yearold godpilot swoop in and make some sense of this for me... If you dont I may have to stop fiddling my hair into dreads and start ripping it out for true!

OK... finally have the answer... just as we all suspected, there is not an alliance standing towards NPC corps apparently.

Thanks to you all who responded, I really was happy to see the stupid question wasnt so stupid after all.

Now... how do I lock this, or shut it down? No sense in it cluttering up the GD.
