As far as suggestions are concerned

I like your toon, but to pay what you're asking, I'd suggest the following skills

Drones 5
Scout Drone Operation 5
Drone specs to 3 or 4
Targeting 5
Propulsion jamming to 4
Shield Comps to 4
Armor/energy turret rigging to 4
Armor Comps to 4
Better navigation skills (i.e. evasive man. fuel conver. and such to level 4 at least)
and last but not least Battle Cruiser's to 4 or 5

If your toon had that skill set it would be a perfect buy for anyone searching for an amarr toon.
As it stands, if you're having trouble selling him, you might want to either, finish up those skills,
or lower you're price a little. Just friendly suggestions.
Goodluck with your sale, your toon definitely made me stop and look twice :)
