CALDARI RACE FOREVER DESTROYED

In reference to CCP "what's his. Face" post, the winter missle patch will kill off the caldari race once and for all now , if the first nerf wasn't bad enough,Thank you so very much CCP of serveral yrs of SP training will now be useless come December. Why you ask? Tengu w/ heavy launchers will be useless, Drakes useless, cruisers useless, the race is now dead, tyvm, skill point rembursment plz.......

Edit: NVM, found it. Dev post tab is an amazing thing!

Edit 2: So explosion radius is no longer the exclusive realm on rigs as far as ship fittings... Interesting.

Range decrease is fine, adding a damage decrease - by 20 percent no less - to an already mediocre damaged weapons system is ******* ********.

Gosh, it's almost as if you can't directly compare a single stat and expect to balance 2 very different weapon types on that.
