CCP-

Can you please create a tractor beam that ships could equip, that, if used in sufficient quantity and under certain circumstances could actually pull ships off an undock?

At least in the alternative, can you set a docking limit timer so if a player continually docks and undocks, there'd be a longer time delay before redocking can occur?

Was you trying to kill someone in a station door?

Try a bigger alpha, if you have a greater fleet you can 1 volley it and will not need the tractor beam anyway.... or wait for them to agrees you, so they will not be able to dock/ use star gate for a whille....

EVE is almost like poker.... you only gets into a good fight if the adversary is careless or have a better hand.

I actually had a really good idea the other day about this and my friends and I discussed this.

(you can use this tactic if you want to)

Ok, so take an alt account with a character out of corp/alliance.

Put him in a battleship fitted purely for speed.

Come back, and bump them off the station/gate.

If you knock them out of dock range, perfect, and if you have a ship there with a bonus range of warp scram/disrupt (arazu) then I don't think you'll have a problem.

Also, this may work for dual logistics. Knock one out of range of the other, then just burn the one down that's still in range.

its simple. You can stop station games by yourself, JUST DONT DO IT!
You dont need to engage a ship on undock because YOU KNOW it can redock instantly.

With your mechanic ppl simply wouldnt undock anymore. Just dont support station games and find a better way to blow up stuff Blink

but its an empire pvp tradition, got to have your traditions lol.

man I remember some confused people in 0.0. We just put the almost final touches on a system take, the end days are a coming for the other guy. that last timer goes later in the week and its game set match and thanks for the +1 station.

And there'd be these people actually shocked when 90% of the fleet headed off when the bashing done..

Hey guys...we can kill the rats leaving a sinking ship.

have it buddy was the nicest reply they got. timer says we'll be back later, enjoy the station humping as we rode off into the sunset

Circle for hours hoping for a kill on a station....life is too damn short lol.
