Dont care about what race but must have

Carrier skills ie cap shield/jump skills & if its got fighters then great but not that important

Basically just looking for a low sp one, this is to go with my other forum post looking for a BC pilot

Please link sale thread of Eveboard thread AND MUST put what price you want, im not looking to spend the earth to 50+mill sp need not apply

just an update, i am just looking for a toon with basic jump skills something like 5/3/3 / 5/4/4 doesn't need much in way of the pvp skills
Simply a guy i can use to taxi my ships from high > null :)

migth even consider toons of lower sp without direct skills but with some of the horrible pre-reqs done like Adv Space comm 5, drone interfacing 5 obviously my offer will reflect the non-cap ship skillbooks plugged in
