Nullsec Guristas, what ship?

I find myself doing alot of Guristas anomalies in null sec. I'm doing them in a Drake, a good one as a matter of fact, none the less it 's still taking me too much time.

So I thought to switch to a BS. I can only fly Matari ships ATM, wonder what could be a good solution for me. I've seen alot of Typhoon fits for Guristas, most of them were short range (Torp - AC).

I'd have the skills (Torp - AC - Drones), but i wonder if the short range could be an issue, I mean they're no Angel who stay very close all the time.

Also, I could begin to skill for a carrier.. Any advice?

If you can do a carrier, do a Carrier. It's really that simple. According to CCPs own statistics, all of the top ISK makers are carrier pilots in Anomalies.

I prefer Tengu to carrier. DPS class damage from a cruiser hull.

A T2 fit is harder to get caught by a neut and cheaper to replace if you do.

I'll throw in another vote for a Tengu.

Use a Tengu while you train for a carrier. A really good Tengu fit will cost as much as a carrier anyway lol. The carrier will also make your life easier if you live deep in null as you can easily jump ships and supplies in and out.
