J151902 currently has 21 cosmic anomalys and 15 cosmic signatures (2 of which are static wormholes). There are great planet types and you can make 7 of the 8 P4's right here. There are 4 derelict POS's but no signs of activity for about the last three weeks I've been sitting in here. My original plan was to run the sites, but I haven't had the time, and now it's time for me to move on. I got my Orca alt out safely and now this hole is for sale.

I will start bidding at 500 million ISK. Incriments of 50 million ISK for higher bids. You may use Taggart Wormhole Sales as a third party broker if you wish, at your expense. Please reply to this thread if you're interested. Bidding will end on Tuesday, Sept. 18 at 17:00 Eve time, or if the buyout of 1 Billion ISK is met. Thanks for your interest.

Wormhole is still up for bids. Uncle Bao is still the one and only bidder at the moment, although I've had a couple Eve mails inquiring about this wormhole. I let them know to put all questions and bids up on this thread for all to see so everything is transparent.
I've had a couple wormhole dealings in the past where both parties were unable to get a third party broker at that time to broker the deal, so we just made the deal and all were happy. One thread is:

Currently in negotiations with Uncle Bao at 900 million ISK buyout. Accepting backup offers until this deal is consumated.

Uncle Bao has purchased this wormhole for 900 million isk. This sale is complete. Thank you very much for your business. We were unable to reach any brokers for this deal, so we had a gentlemen's agreement and both came through on it. Thanks for your E-Honor.
