As you can see the skillpoints are mostly allocated towards industrial stuff with exhumers 5, transport ship 5 and industrial command ship training towards 5.
3 lvl 3 and 1 lvl 1 research agent.
But also have battlecruiser 5 so with little effort this character can be a great starter if you just invest more in the combat side!

Looking for upwards of 7bil but all offers considered.
