This C3 with a static low is a great place to farm sleepers with your very own Thanatos!

You can literally solo the sleeper sites, or dual-box it to speed things up a bit. That's an easy 150m/day with minimal effort. Even very small corps or solo players will have an easy time because of the Thanatos.

I can optionally provide you with a POS, modules, some mining ships, fuel, strontium, everything you need to make yourself at home.

Willing to use a WH broker if you feel that is necessary, however you will pay the fees if you want that service.

Opening Bid: 1 b
Bid Increments: 100 m
Reserve: 1.5 b
Buyout: 2.5 b

What's included: The WH + 1 Thanatos

To build your own Thanatos inside a C3, you'd need to buy all the materials and move them in, then build all the parts, then build the Thanatos.

It would cost you about 1.5 b to do that, plus it would take you months of construction time. You have a chance now to buy this hole with very little effort of your own because I'm moving into a bigger one. Win for you!

Rules for the exchange:

* 50% will be paid up front to get you in the door.
* As you move in, I'll move out.
* The Thanatos will be transferred to you upon final payment.
