Are there any good exploration ships that can fit an expanded probe launcher?

I've just got the skills for a Ishtar and I thought I'd train up Astrometrics V and get an expanded probe launcher so I can filter sites by their signal strength... only to find I can't sensibly fit one on the ishtar.

Does anyone know of any ships that aren't T3 (don't have the isk or skills for those yet) that can fit one and still handle a 4/10 or 5/10?

Pilgrim will do 4/10s, albeit slowly. No chance at 5/10s without going T3.

For 5/10s and lowsec in general you'll want a cloak, but this is still perfectly sensible for hisec. In general I don't see that much need for sig filtering in lowsec, as most of the sites are worth running, and knowing where K162s are is useful in security sense.

Interesting idea. I never bothered with expanded launcher on the Ishtar, cause it's not practical with a cloak as you said. So your fit is bit of an eye opener for a high sec roaming fit. But I don't really like the scan strength of yours. So after a bit of EFT shenanigans I came up with this.

Never tested this but looks promising for pilots with perfect fitting skills. A Dread Guristas CoPro frees up one rig slot, if you feel like spending the ISK on that thing.

I have all the parts laying around and a stack of Ishtars, so I may test it soon™ possibly. Cool

I am planning in using it in low sec, so I would need a cloak I think, so I guess I'll just forget about the expanded probe launcher :\
