I'm updating the thread here on the top of the first post, and the original post is still intact below.

I have received a lot of positive feedback over the past few days. Enough to go ahead with this corporation and begin recruiting new players:

I'm still looking for a few corps to join the program. You can see what I currently have signed up on the recruitment thread, but up until now that is primarily US timezone. I like the idea of this not being restricted to US players and corps, so I'm open for the other TZs. That being said, I am also open to bringing in veteran players to help run this corp.

Here is a brief sample of what my goal would be for a Missions focused new player/mission member corp:

I will help them in their first 2-3 weeks. They will get ships skills and advice and I'm available for Q&A. My goal is to first get them through the tutorials.

Then, I will teach them salvaging and get them into a destroyer salvaging boat. I will pair them up with a liason from the member corporation that matches their timezone and racial area (caldari, etc). They will run L4 missions with the liason as a dedicated salvager for them.

This will accomplish a few things. They get experience beyond basic missions and a chance to earn decent isk. They get to learn about salvaging and what to do with loot (how to put up market orders, refine and reprocess, etc) They also will get to ask questions of an experienced mission runner and get to know a potential corp that they can join.

The member corps will get a chance to try out a new recruit and see if there is a fit. It should be a win/win.

I'm looking to establish some relationships with a few different corps that are looking to grow their ranks.

I'm launching a new player corporation. My goals are to help new players find a corp that is right for them, while training them on the basics and getting them groomed for their start in YOUR CORPORATION.

I'm offering to new players:

• Ships
• Skills
• Advice
• Contacts with YOUR CORP

So to you, Corps who are looking to expand, I'm offering the chance to try out new pilots and see if they are a fit for you.

When you tell me you are looking for a new miner, or missioner, and what timezone you are, I will match you up with recruits who fit that. I'll also try to take into account other facets of play style (time expected) and personality.

If you are looking to grow your corp, adding MINERS, MISSIONERS, EXPLORERS, INDUSTRY, or TRADERS, please shoot me an e-mail and we can discuss this further.

Thank you for the positive feedback I have received thus far.

As of now, here is how I anticipate some things progressing from this point.

I hope over the next few days to carry on further conversations with CEO's of corps who are looking to expand and participate in the program.

Once I have established a set list of participating Corps, I will then ramp up membership and bring in actual new players. As this is a brand new corporation that is being set up for the express purpose outlined in this thread, it is devoid of current membership.

I anticipate spending 1-3 weeks just getting each new player up to speed in the game. During this time they will receive training and help in-game from me. Other participating corps can certainly be as involved as they want during this period.

Also, over the next week, I will be keeping an eye out for possibly 2-3 like minded individuals who would like to assist in this endeavor in leadership roles in this corp.

Keep in mind that this is a supplementary corporation and as such, it could work well for an experienced player to have an alt in this corp lending a hand with leadership. This could perhaps coincide well with it being an alt of someone who is in leadership or highly involved with a participating corporation.

I would greatly appreciate feedback, tips or suggestions of any kind, and of course I am looking for participating corporations.
