Character's more than worth it. Appraiser values at 2.7... and the appraiser generally undervalues. Certainly worth 3b, plus it has a few Vs in PI which is always a plus for a little extra passive.

you guys should check the market before posting comment.
today i've seen 2 hulk pilots with only 7m sp that have sold for 3b b/o (or very close to...)

This charachter has all the same mining skills but with a better shield tank for those 0.0 rats.
I'd say its worth more than 3b, compared to the current markets sales. Shocked
