Poor man's Vigilant: dual web + medium blasters

Hi,

on paper I get ~80% web strength using 2 best named or t2 webs. I hear the 90% web on a Vigilant is lethal to frigs....

I never tried it in-game yet. Can someone tell me from experience if a dual web fitted BC or Cruiser is able to deal with tanky frigs at close range using medium blasters with navy antimatter?

Goal is to mimic the performance of 90% webbing blaster ships...I'm just not sure if this can be achieved by using 2 normal webs without web bonus.

Thanks!

If you have drones and a scram and he gets within range, then yeah sure.

Fit a medium neut and he will have no cap to move with.

This is not strictly accurate, a point can be more advantageous with Dual Web set ups because it preserves the sig bloom on the target.

That's assuming they're stupid enough to leave their mwd on after being dual webbed.
