Can someone please tell me if you can still make custom alliance logos? Also is everyone allowed to make one? Do you have to be a hardcore alliance?

submit it now, and when its ready in 18-28 months you might be ready also

With the photoshop thing with paint.net what is that and how do i install it?

If i was in a ganking alliance that targeted rich mission runners ships the best logo would be "prepare you anus" in bright pink letters


Not sure what CCPs policy on that one would be.
