I would like to be able to turn in my unused LP from other corporations, and trade it in for concord LP.

Like what we can do now, but reversed also.

MacPro (mid 2012) dual 6-core Xeon 3.06ghz, 64GB ECC Ram, PCIe-SSD, 2x SSHD, BD, SD, Nvidia Titan Xp. Running macOS Sierra 10.12.4.

Oh man, this gives me the faint hope that you're going to make ratting bounties give less ISK and instead give Concord LP to fix the isk inflation problem without harming the tenuously better than highsec null ratting income.

Looking at what has been happening with all the PLEX spikes we all see after every time a FW Tier 5 is attained it looks to me that the LP bonueses instead of ISK actually do affect inflationAttention

I got a few idea's, although maybe a little far fetched.

First is some type of community service certificate. these can come in different sizes at different costs. I would expect these would be among the most expensive items in the CONCORD loyalty points store.

Much like criminals in the real world can "serve time" for their crimes. A community service certificate represents time served and can be activated for an instant increase in security status. This would not be a major increase, and could only be used to raise sec status from negative up to 0.0. a - 10.0 Pirate would need hundreds of these to get back to 0.0 sec status. But could be a valuable isk sink and a great option for very rich high sec pirates over endlessly grinding sec status back up.

My second idea is for a CONCORD cyno beacon.

These would be exceptionally expensive single use items. They create a short range cyno in high sec (probably best if could only be used in 0.5 space)that can only be locked onto by jump freighters. Since jump freighters are already allowed in high sec this will not break anything. However these would need to be expensive enough that they will not be cost effective for general use. Jump freighters are already safe from most ganks and can only be caught by gate camps coming back into high sec. I am not suggesting making them 100% risk free. This would be far to expensive to use for every return jump to high sec. But perhaps worth the cost for a JF full of high end moon goo. Or jumping to a distant high sec system from Jita?

Third idea is a rehash of something that has been discussed for some time. An industrial carrier. Even just a single run BPC for a high LP cost.

This ship would be much like a freighter, with no fitting slots of any kind. Only instead of a huge cargo hold it has a huge ship maintenance bay. Big enough to hold 8-10 fitted battleships. this is in no way a combat ship. but only used for moving loads of fitted ships around high sec. Great for mission runners to take all they own with them when moving to a new system. Also great for moving fitted ships to market for resale without sacrificing their rigs. Think of how a car carrier is used for moving 8-10 cars long distances between dealerships. It just doesn't make sense to drive them there when they can be moved all at once in a single load.

I believe this would enable population in EVE to spread out more into lesser used systems. Many players are reluctant to move from their home base as it takes so much logistics to move all their stuff, and if they don't like the new area it was all for nothing. This would allow players to freely move their home base easily without all the hassle, and move back or on to another system just as easily. I really don't see a down side, EVE could use more nomadic players to take advantage of the true size of the EVE universe. Make them very expensive like Jump freighters so not everyone can afford one. this should keep them somewhat rare. I am thinking a Tech 2 ORCA hull? perhaps add jump capability to it and allow it to use the CONCORD Cyno beacon I suggested as my second idea.

CONCORD faction ships are the obvious, along with faction modules.

I would like to see a few things like:

Discriminating smartbombs, they don't hit members of your own fleet.
A module that extends the range of smartbombs.

CONCORD panic alert. Expensive consumable that makes CONCORD behave like you were in a 1.0 system for 15 minutes, so long as you are not in 0.0.

CONCORD turret weapons that are affected by any hull turret bonus, regardless of type or size. A small CONCORD turret could be improved by a bonus to large or medium weapons, for instance. These weapons would only be ruled by the generic gunnery skills, not the specific laser, hybrid, or projectile skills. For added fun, make them take only CONCORD ammo, but the ammo is like missles, one type for each damage type.

Is there anything new going to come in the LP stores for Retribution?
One thing I guess we do not need in Concord LP stores is attribute implants because FW Tier 5 ISK reductions have flooded the markets.
Have other LP stores been seeing reduced usage due to mission runners not being able to compete with Faction Warfare LP store bonaza? I recall from CCP Diagoras tweets last February the ISK sink was around 6 trillion a month.

CONCORD ship/modules that can only be used with a positive sec status and designed especially for chasing and bringing criminals to justice (can only be used on Criminal).

some ideas :
- a webber + warp scrambler all in one , only works on criminal.
- a criminal scanner who works like a survey scanner and scan the whole system , only return criminals hit.
- frigate/cruiser hull ships , no battleship because it needs to be nimble and discreet , bonus to speed/warp ?
- concord warfare module for those hunting in group

that's all on top of my head.

This can cause a highly desired item to inflate in value, but the FW items all deflate in value as there is more and more supply of them. With ISK removed from the game, there is a net deflation and FW is actually an ISK sink. Not that PLEX spikes are at all good for the game.

CONCORD Rigs

These rigs would provide bonuses that are not currently in game. They are designed to make moving fleets around easier, making corps more mobile.

Increased jump range for capital ships
Increased bridge range for black ops and titans
Decreased fuel costs for jumping
Decreased fuel costs for bridging

Reduction in cyno times for both normal and covert cynos
Decreased liquid ozone consumption for cynos

Increased size of a capitals ship hanger bay

CONCORD Import\Export License
Put this in your cargohold and you can move Boosters through high sec without being aggressed by faction customs officers.

CONCORD Cargohold Security System
Medium or Low slot module that secures your ship against cargo scanners.

CONCORD Bubbles
These bubbles are like anchorable like normal bubbles but instead of preventing warp, they have different debuffs.
Stasis Webbifier Bubble - slows down ships inside the bubble
Target Painting Bubble - increases the sig radius of ships inside the bubble
... and bubbles that match the other ewar types (except ECM)

Having bubbles that can web or target painting and also are consumable would be nice. My concern are that items should be consumable or modules most on frigs dessies so the market will be in a constant need

Being a law enforcement division, CONCORD should have:

  1. A T1 & T2 hull that specialises in web and scram, no offenses (Arazu/Rapier crossover)
  2. A deployable, time limited relay beacon that halves local CONCORD response times
  3. Legal boosters which improve tackling performance (which pirates will of course subvert to offer improved versions)
  4. Scanner probes that specialise in locating ship signatures
  5. A deployable which temporarily puts local into delayed mode
  6. Better/stronger code breakers and analyser (preferably without sansha slave heads in them)
  7. A T1 & T2 hull that specialises in hacking and archaeology (standard and covops Echelon)
  8. BPCs for secure containers of all sizes
  9. New 10,000 m3 secure containers to make life easier for Orca pilots

If other LP stores are likely to be on the table at some time, I'd like to see an unarmed ORE covops hull that specialises in probing, with the Orca's bonus to survey scanner range (perhaps sacrificing the ability to light cynos).

And yet it's still an ISK sink.

FW is a problem, everyone knows it, it's pretty dumb to try to conflate it with the CONCORD LP store which has no such tier system to reduce prices to silly low levels.

Concord service that prevents not wanted ships to enter your mission entrance. Could improve low sec missioning / population a lot.
