I am all signed up and ready to go...was planning on coming in on Friday afternoon this year. What is going on Thursday specifically, need to see if I want to get there early. Any locals want to comment?

Last year the locals did a Thursday bbq, hopefully they will again.

The same price as everyone else. The ticket price does not cover any hotel or flight costs.

Thought I'd give a heads-up to some folks who would like to attend:

If you check flights arriving on Thursday you might find they are a lot cheaper. The online hotel booking won't extend the group discount to that day, but if you call and ask nicely they might extend the discount to Thursday. Based on my experience from last night, they did.

TL/DR: Look into flying in on Thursday and call the hotels and ask for the group discount on that night, you might be able to save quite a bit of coin as compared to arriving on Friday.
