why I can't buy plex??

what should i do now?

3 things I can think of:

1.) Relog
2.) Wait about 1 hour. Sometimes buying a PLEX and receiving it in your Redeem bin will take a little while.
3.) If 1 and 2 don't work. Petition it, let a GM look at what happened and why you haven't received it.

Also, did you buy it at a legit place that is supported / allowed by CCP.

i've received the plex 1 hours ago. and more plex i want to buy.

but when i login the web, the buton "buy plex" was disapeared.so is it means i can't buy plex Within a period of time?

For charactrecently-activated characters, there's a waiting period of about an hour for a PLEX to enter the Redeeming system. The Buy Plex button shouldn't disappear, though, unless they've disabled PLEX purchases or whatever reason (sometimes they do it to fix an exploit).

I'd say send a petition/e-mail to Customer Service and see if they can help.
