What do you do when a interdictor(Gollente) throws some kind of drones at you that drain your cap. What module or power tool would I need in order to get my cap back. The guy did it in seconds, like a blowed in nothing but seconds. I had full shields no cap, no way to shoot at him. It was like I got fried.

Cap Boosters do just that, with the right charge.

Cap boosters restore cap from charges that you carry as cargo/ammo. Vampires drain cap from an opponent with a higher cap percentage than you have. Those are probably your two best bets.

Edit: or rather, those are definitely your best bets as every other method of cap recovery involves improving your natural buffer or recharge, and it sounds like those weren't options in your situation.

The gallente interdictor (Phobos) has no drones.
To fight energy neutralyzers you can use cap boosters and energy vampires.

Eris is the Gallente 'dictor. Just saying. Phobos is the heavy dictor.

In either case, I suspect we're actually talking about either a Taranis or an Ishkur.

If you run into a curse solo, there is no chance of you getting your cap back... unless ur in a falcon

He didn't say he was against a Curse, lol. Anyways, you can use Cap Boosters or Cap Rechargers fitted to your ship.

...assuming the jam lands before your cap runs out. I'm pretty sure that's a window of only ten seconds.

Can you hear them? They are calling to us. It is beautiful. http://thegreattichim.wordpress.com/
