Looks like a Hisec carebear will eventually be pulling the strings in TEST.

He's not going to be pulling any strings. He hates AAA and NCDot due to CFC propaganda, but he wants to promote TEST's culture, so this is how he does it.

The sad part is I don't think he knows what TEST's culture actually is.

Should have been more Illuminati about it. Offer them x amount as initial to attack a certain alliance, once done they will be rewarded another x amount. Use carebear funds to control Eve. Everyone has a price.
