So I am thinking of moving some inactive characters that I dont really want to not have access to (one is a nice little miner and the other a nice little ratter who my girlfriend sinked a few months into)...

I read the instructions and it states that it will cost me 2 PLEX or £17... then it says 10 hour transfer time, and if the account is inactive, I need to activate it.

-I dont suppose the PLEX I use to activate the account counts toward the 2 transfer PLEX?
-If not, the most viable thing for me to do, is to train the toons for 30 days and then transfer them to my main account?
