Please remove ship bobbing while in a station.

This is a small thing that's always annoyed me. The ship is held in place by some kind of sci fi tractor beam or something, yet the camera sways like the ship is floating on the surface of an ocean. It's just objectively bad (proven by my opinion of it).

We distinguish the excellent man from the common man by saying that the former is the one who makes great demands upon himself, and the latter who makes no demands on himself.

Not just inside stations the camera does that. In space it does it to. Really annoying when your using your tactical overlay.

I've noticed this too, and when my ship bobs around it tends to cause aliasing issues with some of the fine lines in the station background (especially bad along the tunnel walls in Gallente stations), which isn't very pleasing to look at.
Its good to be [Gallente](http://dl.eve-files.com/media/1209/QEQlJ.jpg).

Just drink enough Guinness to bob in time to your ship.

This is not a signature.

Ok, that's it. I've spent far too much time on the forums.
No matter how closely, slowly, and carefully I read that title and even though I know what it says, I can't stop reading it as “blobbing in station” and quietly wondering how you'd manage to do something like that… Oops

The worst bit is that the camera is stationary, and the movement is due to the camera panning. The effect is the same as if the station was rendered as a static image and then waved around in front of your face.

I want to see ship bobbing buffed, so that the camera is actually moving in a figure-8 pattern rather than simply panning around in a figure-8 pattern.

And for those of you who don't want bobbing in stations, just turn off station interiors (or turn on CQ).

Yeah it's actually currents and tides moving the camera placement, not Newtonian physics as one would be led to believe. With the funding cutbacks in camera manufacturing, cameras are no longer equipped with stabilizers, and were never required to be so. Some say the whole move was to booster the pharmaceutical industry with it's increased sea sickness pill productions and sales. But that might lead to allegations of insider trading among top brass so has yet to be thoroughly investigated by an oversight commission, an probably wont be anytime soon.

I'm in it for the money

I find that its easier to fine tune the bob using a beer or wine, you can get the desired effect easily, and maintain it...

Tequila and scotch tends to push through the bob area and into the sway and dance region...

Can also lead to flying a poorly fitted BB into sov nullsec and screaming "Come at me bro!!" in local...

There is no such thing as a fair fight...

If your fighting fair you have automatically put yourself at a disadvantage.
