Looking to buy a dedicated pvp subcap pilot meeting the following requirements. Show me what you've got.

Arrow No / Minimal Caldari/Missile Skills (Amarr > Gallente > Minmatar, a mix of Amarr and others is prefered)
Arrow No / Minimal Science, Industry, Market skills

Arrow At least 12M SP in Gunnery
Arrow More than one race cruiser/frigate/bs 5 are big plusses

Arrow Would prefer a character that is focused in subcaps but I wont turn away capital capable pliots. (I already have several capital pilots and really dont need another, so dont bother with your tricked out cap pliots)

Budget : 20B

I'm not in a rush so show me your best.
