prefer single race specialized
light indy is fine but not preferd - hauler PI etc - no mining research manuf.

i'm ready to buy a toon asap

i ask that you email a LIM API to me so i can plan out in EvEmon (is much easier for me) only need skills so no funny business to worry about.

Hes -1.1 He can go anywhere in highsec with no problem he is nowhere near a pirate lol

Well pirate in my eyes is under 0.0 - also something i need - it can be grinded like i said...

I'm just still looking at a couple waiting for a response.

You dont need to grind anything a pirate is anything below -5 anyway
