the character has positive isk balance, it has 15 mil SP, majorly located in industry, it has fully trained ORCA & EXHUMER BOTH - typical rocks and ice t2.It has mining foreman implant link for 700 mil installed already, and it doesn;t have any sickness, any bad history, it was hardly used.
