Looking for a gallente/amarr focused starter character that I may mould.

Should have:

  • Less than 15m SP
  • Basic generic skills i.e. engineering, electronics etc.
  • Basic gunnery generics
  • Single race spaceship command training


Must not have:

  • Missile skills
  • Trading / production / research / industry skills
  • Terrible name
