As title says im looking for a subcap specalist someware under 100m sp probably

Im a wormhole resident and dont really care much for BS skills or cap skills.

What im looking for:
Arrow T3 specalist - Tengu/Loki/Legion/Proteus with all subsystems at 4-5
Arrow Gunnery support skills maxed or close to, dont care about AWU5 for example
Arrow Tanking skills - Armor tanking skills, shield tanking skills
What id like it to have but non-essential:

Arrow Recon ships 5
Arrow Leadership 5 with possibly armor/ skirmish skills
Arrow Battlecruiser 5 / Command ships
Arrow Scan skills
Arrow EWAR skills
Arrow Missile skills

if you are selling or know of such a char for sale please post in this thread as ill be checking it regularly

my budget is huge if necessary but price depends entirely on the character for sale

2 days of Subsystem training will have you at all 4's in the Proteus (already all 4 in the Tengu but since you're a WHer I'm gathering you don't care); can also slot all the subsystems and the book for the Legion immediately. Has all of your "nice to haves" though, and many other handy skills for WH living (full V/IVs in Astrometri skills, Gas harvesting, etc.).

Like I said, close but not perfect. Good luck in your search whatever you decide.

perfect armour comps and good shield Arrow Tanking skills - Armor tanking skills, shield is a bonus but not required

thanks mishra san for the link!

its a nice charicter but has alot of 'wasted' skillpoints for what im looking for.

54.5 total
2.5 industry
0.5 PI
9.0 science
0.5 social

so after deducting 'wasted' skillpoints that leaves 42million.

do you have a remap available? will any of the HS factions shoot at you if you go into their space?

1 remap available ... and no hs faction will shoot at me. "badest" modified standing with a hs faction is -2,86 with caldari
