Why my torpedoes fly well at 35km and when i shooting at 33 they dissapear?

Because they accelerate and the target was moving..

They don't fly in a straight line, target could be moving and there's acceleration time to concider. Real range of torps is something like (Velocity * Flight time)*0.9

For instance a Dread can shoot Citadel Siege Torpedoes at a frigate orbiting him at 5km range. But they'll just keep flying after him for 5 minutes rather then actually hit him as long as his speed is higher then the speed of the torpedoes.

No it is because they broken. Why if target orbiting as always at 33km they dont hit this target. And if it moving away and torpedo hit it at 34km? This thing is broken about 3 years old and doesnt fixed at the moment? Is it so hard?

Rek already answered you, but I'll make it simple.

Missile has a top speed of 3,000m/s. Missile has a maximum flight time of 30 seconds. Missile accelerates at 250m/s. CCP does not see fit to inform us about missile acceleration rates, but they exist.

Simple math would say 30 seconds x 3km/s = 90,000m, but with acceleration factored in it's only 73,500m/s. Problem solved, working as intended.

So if my ship have ZERO speed and target have ZERO speed and im shoting from 35km it will work. AND
if my ship have ZERO speed and target have ZERO speed and im shooting from 32km it doesnt work? Because of acceleration rates right? intended? solved?

Unless you're staging a test between two players where both are holding absolutely still your scenario will never happen. in the event that it does happen it can be chalked up to synchronization issues whereby your client thinks you're in one location and the server thinks that you're in another location. This could, in theory, cause the issue you're suggesting.

and this is happened everytime everywhere. this is just expample in my screens that happens everywhere everytime, why you told me abaut acceleration and synchronization?
I think this is incorrect formula calculation associated with using rigs. I had that problem 3 years ago. I have this problem now with cnr and golem.
Im created this post because this bug is real! also im attached screens that you doesnt saw. And talking me that is isnt true and never will happen. Sad Also, with my setup of golem, torpedoes doesnt hit target at 24km sometimes...
They always hit target at 34-35km, and never at 33km with my fit. that is default orbit for many npcs. That why im created this post. I think this bug is serious and must be fixed someday.

The reason for this happening is that the server works in 1s ticks. There was a player testing this extensively with different missiles/missile ranges and a stationary target. Can't be bothered to dig up the thread.

As far as I understood there is up to a 3 tick variance to the range of the missile.
