Alright I'd like to buy a Gallente character this weekend.

First of all, I'm pretty picky, so be warned.

MUST HAVE:

-no ******** names
-very minimal wasted SP
-Gallente/Intaki bloodlines

Skillwise I'm not too picky beyond having strong/perfect support skills and little excess training outside of PVP skills. I'd prefer a subcap pilot, but if you're a mixed subcap/thanny pilot I will look at you as well.
