Hmm so you pointed out I guess why you think it's worth that price, lets give you my opinion...

No Capital Energy Transfers (Not Even Emissions 5)
No Triage (Not even Logistics 5 yet)
No Capital Remote Armor Reps (Once again No Remote Armor 5 even)
Fighters level 1

I could continue about flaws of this character... But lets get to the point, it's not what i'd call a carrier pilot, or particularily a Dread pilot.

You have to know that I just indicate the vessels in which it can go. I did not indicate that this was a great driver or even perfect carrier. If this was the case the other shook price.

Now the criticism is easy, but your offer does not match my price range I do not understand the interest you have shown in my post. I wish you to find the toon you seek. what is certain is that 8b is clearly insufficient.

Bazard the character is not perfect pilot to sell, but to offer to anyone who wants it, déconomiser time against an enumeration in isk.

I leave you to figure 10 b but you provide me with two plexes needed to transfer. 10b because that's what I want out of figure fees.
