Sorry about ^^ Paul Blart (mall cop) interupting the sale, but the overzealous ISD really wanted this character in a NPC corp before the transfer.

Anyway character is still for sale, first 16b get him. If you want the character you can try to to convo or just make the deposit. ISK deposits are covered by CPP so you arent taking any risks by depositing the isk.

if you say isk value of a character is related to current price of a plex i would agree, he is worth 18-20b.
