Must have Exhummer lvl 4 or 5
Can ice mine T2
Can use T2 mining crystals up to Omber
Can use small combat drones T2
Can fit Mackinaw = Small shield booster and hard on


Bonus isk for Orca Skills - If you have most the industrial skills already, Orca really isn't that far off from a mining tune
