Looking for a decent skilled Archon Pilot, able to be put in combat right away

This is what I am looking for:
Drones:
Fighters IV or higher

Engineering:
Cap skills to V
Capital Energy Emission is a plus

Mechanics:
All Armor compensation skills to IV or higher
Capital Repair systems to IV or higher
Triage (Tactical Logistic Reconfig.) is a plus
Capital Remote Armor Repair systems is a plus

Spaceship:
Armarr Carrier to IV or higher
