HIGH-SEC FRIENDSHIP MAGIC

I'M GOING TO UNLOCK EVERY MISSION AGENT IN HIGH-SEC Lol AND BECOME A HERO OF FRIENDSHIP.

Which means, doing absurd amounts of level 2s and 3s to get standings up to an effective 5.0. I've got the Distribution missions figured out (duh quicky warpy hauler,) but I'm still debating which ship I want to use for the Security ones. That is, I prefer that it be one ship of cruiser size, since I think some level 2s have ship restrictions. I am looking for suggestions that aren't "Tengu" since they're kind of unsafe to leave out in open space in the event of AFK emergencies like house/TV/cat on fire. Ships, fits, whatever would be helpful to refining the plan of barrel rolling through troves of frigates.
This plan is work in progress for when I do get around to it, so what ships I can or can't fly isn't really an issue.

ALSO.

I'm looking for NPC corps that have decent distributions of stations with Medical services across empire space, including low-sec. Currently having trouble narrowing down the lists myself because staring at the map and dotlan is like staring at a spider web.

AND.

Is this a bad idea?

Whats unsafe about leaving a tengu out in HS??? Ganks happen on gates and at station undocks and if you T2 fit it nobody is going to bother with you.
About what ship to use, I used to use a Tangu for standings blitzing, but have since found a legion to do it far better. Heavy pulses on a legion destroy any race frigs and cruisers with ease and scorch has great range. The Tengu's missiles suffer from explosion radius etc. If not that, then a passive shield fit cynabal also works well.

I've found Gila (and I'd assume Ishtar) with sentries work well for lvl 2's and 3's. Load up on drone damage/tracking mods, keep a flight of lights for close-ranged frigs. Might want a propulsion mod in addition to your passive shield tank to get to those gates faster.

Does not include ship suggestions for 2s and 3s or npc corps with good distribution of stations with medical.

Unfortunately, this is a forum and trade alt. Sad

Being in high-sec, I have to take into account the risks of extended space time in high-sec, possibly near popular mission hubs. Tengus can attract unwanted attention.
Thanks for the Legion suggestion though. I didn't even consider it before.

I'm not sure how I feel about fumbling around with sentries, since most of the red +s will be frigate sized.

i'm close to +5 for all major factions on my carebear alt and i didn't even really try. just get yourself a punisher and run all the tutorial missions for all agents for ll four factions and you should already be halfway there.

I should buy an Ishtar.

For small fast frigates, there are light scout drones. For everything else there are Garde IIs. And don't forget the missiles.

The Gila is a mission-running monster.

How do you do that? Because http://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Tutorial_Agents is clearly out of date - the first 3 Gallente agents I've tried don't actually exist (even though you can find them by searching in People & Places).

Edit: I understand how I can find *one* set of these agents by going to Help (F12), but how can I find all of them?

This list appears to be fairly complete (and up-to-date).

The loki is brilliant for running L2-3 missions. It has an acceptable damage type for all rats and can fit a powerful enough omni shield tank that you only really need one fit, though when running against blood/sansha armor tanking looks nice because you can tank all of the missions with only a MAR and maybe a therm hardener.

I got ministry of internal order from 0 to 5.0 in one sitting with it.

It is harder than you might think to get balanced standings of 5+ with all factions. You need to take a close look at derived standings issues and you need to read eve survival for every mission. Killing ships of opposing factions is just as bad as completing anti faction missions. Getting faction standings while turning down anti faction storyline missions takes for freaking ever. Add in denying all anti faction normal missions, avoiding missions with faction ships in them, derived standings, and any pvp concerns you might have (FW, gankers, etc), it gets that much harder. If you're doing it to do it on one character, it will be very hard. If you have some practical reason, you might consider using multiple characters.

As I understand it, using balanced cosmos, tutorial and storyline missions can give +5 empire faction standing. Oddly enough the epic arc faction standing increases don't have an opposing faction standing decrease associted with them allowing you to breachthe +5 barrier.

comos missions have all the same derived faction standings that regular storyline missions do. the only benefit they provide is that it doesn't take 16 regular missions to get each one. that's why you can only do them once. check out the derived standings table. epic arcs are available once every 3 months, per faction, and they yield less than a full 1.0 additional standing to your total faction standing. while they could bring you up to 5+ per faction, it will take you more than a year to do it that way.
