0.0, plexes, faction capital ships, POS, and POS mods

0.0 plexing is kinda meh. I can (and have many times) solo a 10/10 plex with my tengu. I want something with a lot more risk, and a lot more reward. Oh and for it to be impossible to solo.

Step 1: Create a carrier, dreadnaught, and supercarrier for all the races.

Just like the Revenant (Sansha Supercarrier) we need more faction capitals. Obviously to make one you need a BPC, and they will be very expensive, but have the nice bonuses of faction ships. I leave this to the players to ship design and CCP to actually make.

Step 2: Create the 11/10 and 12/10 plexes.
Risk:
Both sites will have no acceleration gates so you can bring in whatever fleet you wish. Inside you will find Sleeper AI fleets similar to the Incursion supercarrier fight. There will be high DPS, lots of pointing, jamming neuting, TD, TP, webbing, RR from the rats. Should you choose to bring in capitals it will escalate much like a wormhole site with more BS, BC, cruiser and frig rats spawning. Should you choose to bring in supers, Hictor and Dictor rats will spawn with the ability and intent to bubble up the fleet of capitals. These Hictors and Dictors will re-spawn every 10-15 minutes. Upon starting the plex a beacon in space will appear that anyone can warp to. This way roaming fleets will be able to add to the fun and risk of the sites.

Reward:
At the center of the 11/10 site will be either a carrier or a dreadnaught. For the 12/10 it will be a supercarrier. Upon destroying the capital ship it will have a small chance of a BPC to make that ship. It will have a larger chance of dropping a faction Fighter-bomber, fighter, BS, Cruiser, Frig BPC, and will always drop faction loot and potentially faction XL ammo.

Step 3: Spawn fully defended Faction POS towers
Risk:
At any time, in every 0.0 region on random moons there will be 1 large, 2 med, 4 small faction towers online with defense weapons, points, webs, neuts, jammers, etc. Upon attempting to destroy these towers a defense fleet will arrive within 15 min (small) -> 45-60 min. for a large tower. This will be a Sleeper AI fleet that will have much of the traits of the 11/10 and 12/10 sites but will be proportional to the size of the tower. Should you decide to use capitals or supers to destroy these towers you will receive and escalated response detailed above. Also upon starting to destroy the tower a beacon will appear in space for anyone to warp to.

Reward: Faction tower and POS mod BPCs and faction loot.

Let CCP worry about rebalancing all of the existing ships before asking for new ones.

That said, new exploration sites would be cool. And that is something the CCP has been slowly adding in, a few at a time, over the last few patches.

If you really want these new challenges, try some L5 missions, or a WH like you said.
