I found the answer, I'm used to deccing in an alliance thus no restrictions , corps seem to a limit of 3, why? I don't know,it's a stupid rule.
When a corp leaves an alliance it counts as another wardec for 24hrs, again stupid mechanic

If I'm not mistaken, Red Frog's pilots aren't actually in the corp, they are private contractors, the corp is just the middle-man, so would be kind of silly to dec the them. Although I could be mistaken on how they operate, last I looked I believe that was the case.

That's correct. There are no freighter pilots actually in Red Frog as corp members. Only disposable contract alts are in corp to accept contracts. The contract alts accept the contract and then pass the package over to the freighter pilot who actually makes the run. This is clearly stated in the FAQ, which you can find here: Red Frog Website (see Q18).

Maybe the freighter pilots are too tough for them to handle and they're really after your contract alts? :)
