The toon has -1.88 security status, so it can go anywhere in highsec space, has no active killrights and has a positive wallet.

Neural remap is available on 2012.11.17 05:21:00. No bonus remaps.

Also has no unassigned skillpoints, no aurum, no facial re sculpt, no assets.

Is in an NPC corp and ready to transfer immediately. I will receive the ISK and pay the transfer fee. All CCP rules apply.
