How To Rank Moons

I am building a database to catalog moons among other things (yes I understand this has been done before). I would like to devise a scheme for ranking each moon. Initially I considered using the rarity number of the moon material until I realized that this number really has no bearing on value or necessity in production, for example:

Technetium rarity 32 ISK 81,300.00 *
Thulium Rarity 64 ISK 2,100.00*

Not to mention a **** in null sec sov , a war or a change in how tech II production works could also affect this. So I considered just using market value but that gives me a scale that is far too big with no real top end again a null sec war could drive some prices right off the scale.

I would ultimately like to rank each moon on as A, B, C, D or E so a moon, an entire system or even a whole constellation could be judged at a glance.I would be glad to hear your ideas.

a) My suggestion is to let the user decide, how to rank the moons and provide extensive filtering methods
b) save your time and effort, because CCP is going to overhaul much of this system ... maybe

You think ring mining will eliminate or drastically change moon mining?
