Having played eve for quite some time, I've reached that magical point where I still love this game, but don't have the time to commit to any more 0.0 living or constantly active hi-sec pvp corps. After a brief taste of FW, I knew that wasn't for me either.

Why do you care? Because some buddies and I went and started Fringe Raiders. It's a loose band of folks with common long-term goals -- establishing true self sufficiency, having fun through occasional nonconsensual PvP, and basically enjoying many of the things EVE has to offer.

While we're not beating the recruitment drum, it occurs to me that many people -- like my corpmates and myself -- may have reached a point in their lives where they are tired of hearing about how they need to come on more ops or spend more time bubblecamping or do X for the corp. We have careers, kids, and some of us have these annoying "wife" drones with unbreakable agro.

If you're in this boat -- OR if you're looking for a corp with very few rules, some vets for game info / question answering, and occasionally entertaining excursions, we might be for you. Drop me an evemail.

If you're not, best of luck in your quest for internet ships greatness :)

7 pages deep in about a day and a half -- this place is hungry!!

Why is it so hard to find a good corp? Well, a big part of the problem is that Eve's particularly attractive to mathematical sociopaths. Strangely enough, we -- I mean, they -- don't always have the sharpest social skills.

But we do! We're not like all those other corps. And by that I mean they're big, successful, and provide lots of free stuff and facilities and things.
