True eve lottery

add lottery function to eve contracts.

One create a contract and tickets are sold eve wide. and eve servers pick random winner .

The contract would allow certain amount of tickets and decide each ones price.

After certain amounts of tickets are sold the count down begins to where it can not be canceled. etc

if this were to be made it should be a few different options:
set amount of isk with a set number of tickets
an object such as a ship or a module and a set number of tickets
a set deadline with infinite tickets, and it would pay out say 90-95% to the winner and the remainder to the creator after taxes and broker costs are deducted. (I'm aware that this could be abused as an AFK isk fountain to the person making them)

overall I don't really think it would be needed, there are enough trusted lottery sites out there. but these are just for if it were actually implemented.

EDIT: pointed out a potential flaw with the deadline lottery.

put limits to two weeks or refunds...... anyways just an idea with my idea only ccp would be needed for ones blind trust

I'm in favor of lotto contracts, even started a thread on it a few weeks back.

A great means to get isk for rigged ships that wont sell in contracts normally.

flat 5% brokers after the lotto runs, so it could also be considered an isk sink.
