Steam will not load 2nd client

Since this morning I have been unable to load 2 clients from the play link in steam [error: This game is currently unavailable ( Application Running ). ] I have always used steam to load my clients without issue. I hope this is a temporary bug as it is inconvenient having to use a 2nd shortcut to the launcher bypassing steam.

After looking for answer to this problem I realized that the steam ovelay was also not working since the launcher came into effect. An easy fix for this would be to add the option to the launcher to use a run command where you could type "-steam" which would append this variable to the launch of exefile.exe and enable the steam overlay.

Or you just click "Play" on the launcher twice...
