I have a large wallet and an empty slot so thought I'd fill it with a new plaything P

Would like some flexibility with ships, just not a fan of t3s so no perfect tengu only chars pls, neither do I fly caps much.

As a minimum sp I think the pilot would need to have 25m+ sp but there is no upper limit.
