2x~30m SP toons looking for home (NOT Drone Regions)

Here's a basic check list of what I'm looking for, please please please don't waste either of our time if there's a "but" attached to any of these:

* Nullsec with NPC corp rats (the actual loot dropping kind).

* I have no problem with providing a full API key, but not before both parties have had a chance to talk and figure out whether it's a good fit otherwise.

* PvP ship replacement program of some form or another.

* At least 10-15 active CORP members online between 01:30 and 05:00 EVE time daily.

* Industrial structure that allows members to do things other than mining for profit. Sometimes you have to mine, and I can T2 fit a Hulk just fine, but that's not the only profitable link in the production chain.

* Minimal REQUIRED PvP/mining operations. Occasional scheduled ops, CTAs for home defense (as long as it's not constant) and CTAs to assault strategic objectives in-line with corporate or alliance goals are fine. I just don't want my play time every other night to be filled with mandatory activities.

* No required low sec operations. I don't like taking standing hits for shooting first, and I don't like piracy.

* Strongly prefer small fast gang warfare to blobs, active bomber wing a big plus.

* Regular reliable logistics or a local market that makes it irrelevant.

* Out of game comms infrastructure to include voice (and sometimes I can't be in it due to work, wife or children) and alliance and/or corp forums that are at least somewhat active.

* RL > Internet Spaceships.

Please eve-mail or send convo if you think you've got a suitable home for me. While I like the people I fly with now for the most part, I truly can't stand the space we're in.

We are a 0.0 Corp of friends and like minded individuals. We spend most our time PvPing and looking for new ways to win. This is an extremely well run and well organized corporation with a 5 year history of distinction and honor. We operate in all time zones so there is always someone on looking for a little death and destruction. We like to be under estimated and pride ourselves on our efficiency of 94%.
Kill Board
We are looking for mature members that are independent but can also function with a group. When we are not on deployment we have small gang roams every night. We have top notch FC’s that know what they are doing even when the chips are down.
