It may not be the BEST, it definately is not the cheapest, But it will get the job done (easily) and it is definately not cookie cutter...

I believe faction BCUs are needed to fit anything else decent.

this one is about as good as a CNR gets. you can downgrade the tank quite a lot and still do fine in missions.

I should buy an Ishtar.
