Is there any way to install a command center on a Planet if you cant fit it into your cargo hold? Like from a jetcan or a secure container?

I'm just getting into PI and only have one toon that can fly a cov ops industrial. I'm just trying to figure out how to get my alts to install command centers in busy low sec space with as little risk as possible.

So far I'm leaning towards dumping cargo-maxxed Catalysts in each low sec station and feeding them command centers when the system is clear, one at a time. It will take many hours to get 15-30 planets seeded with command centers this way and put lots of assets at risk. How does everybody else get their non cov ops alts around in low sec for this kind of thing?

no, you can not install a cc from a jetcan. Only way is to have it in a cargohold.

Consider using a magnate that is rigged/cargo expanded. Should hit 1002 cargo space for minimal amount of training.

As for how to do it... use your hauler alt that has the covop with the cc's, warp to a safe spot with both toons, drop a few cc's and fly away a bit with the hauler, cloak up and let the frigate come and pick it up and install.
