Gentlemen,

I would really like to use this module, I think it has much potential as I see it as an alternative to the DCU.

In fact, as far as resistance, the DCU will provide more than the Reactive Armor Hardener; why then does it cost 42 GJ to activate the RAH versus 1GJ to activate the DCU?

The solution to the problem is to reduce the activation cost of the RAH to 1 GJ.

Thoughts?

Its an active hardner, similar to the invuln.

The huge bonus is that the resists don't stack with your other modules.

the main (logical) issue i see is that the better your skills the more cap it uses. I think the other new module (lock breaker or whatever its called) has a compensating capuse in the skil.

how to fix eve: 1) remove ECM 2) rename dampeners to ECM 3) add new anti-drone ewar for caldari 4) give offgrid boosters ongrid combat value
