Who else lost just a ship for the worst possible reason?

There I was, just minding my own business. I scanned down an anomaly titled "A Demonstration". Curious, I warped in to investigate. BAM! As soon as I got in, I got webbed, and then my Shields, Armor, and 60% of my Structure were just GONE. Even though I wasn't being Disrupted or Scrambled, I couldn't go to warp because even with the Afterburners engaged, my ship was too slow to go anywhere!

I immediately quit the game, but probably still lost my Thrasher due to Server Latency. And with it, I just lost BOTH of my rigs, all of my expensive modules, all of that ammo, and the 7 Tech II guns I had in my cargobay that I was eagerly waiting to use. All of it, just GONE.

If you also lost a ship for the stupidest possible reason, explain in your post below... And feel free to express as much rage and frusteration as you want.

I lost a ship once cause I was too busy rebuking some dumb ideas on the forums.

Alright, stop this nonsense arguing.
Also, I didn't meet Darkdooku until after my character has been around for year. And even then, I barely know the guy. Same deal with the other two people.

Finally, I only have money for one account, and alt characters are only useful if you have more than one account because you can only train one character per account.

What? The signatures? I don't see any resemblance between our signatures.
And just because two people share a corp history doesn't make one an alt of the other. There are people who are just very close friends. As for Darius, a guy from Total Annihilation was recruiting in Caldari Space, Darius wanted to sign up, and that is when I meet Darius.

I also checked the corp history for Kiroma. The only corp we had in common was Malicious Mission Murderers. I am still not sure how she found out about the corp, but she didn't stay very long.

And to be honest, I think she's a *****.

Not sure what the rest of this thread is about but my buddy lost a caracal because pizza showed up at the door. For some reason he forgot that he was in the middle of combat.

Pizza is notorious for causing ship losses. We killed two Mackinaw wartargets the other day, this was the conversation with the owner afterward:

Owner > :) lol well if I'm dumb enough to be out in a Mackie I should at least learn not answer the phone

Mate 1 > was it concord on the phone? telling you that you are about to lose two ships?

Owner > Well that and my pizza will be late :)

Mate 2 > as will your next load of ice
