Normally you always have to left click on a product and press "Export to File" is there a way to do this in one step for the entire quickbar or even better for a single folder of the quickbar ?

There is no 'simple' solution for this.
The only way to do it is complicated and revolves around going into
file:///C:/Documents%20and%20Settings/PC-NAME/AppData/Local/CCP/EVE/c_gameseve_tranquility/settings/

but that's for me, on windows 7.
there you can actually copy the specific character settings and/or account settings.

i've done this many months ago and i do not remmeber exactly what i did, all i know is that it worked :)

you can "select all" the list, Copy and Paste

Problems with that are

  • No folders are copied
  • All folders have to be expanded
  • And of course you've to convert the names to IDs
