L3 Blitzing?

What would be a good ship for blitzing L3 missions? I'm thinking a Talos because of it's DPS and maneuverability, but I'm not sure how much damage it can stand up to. Basically what I need is a ship that has a shitton of DPS and a relatively good enough tank to survive the rats that take more hits to kill.

i have little experience with gallente hulls but i would postulate that a drake or hurricane (shield/artillery) will do better.

I should buy an Ishtar.

Don't just don't.
The 400 sig BS guns won't make a dent vs small targets.

L3 blitz - use Tengu, Drake (active), Nighthawk (active). Shield Myrmidon/Hurricane, Harbingers are decent gunboats.

Myrmidon is what I'd go for, since you fly Gallente.

drake what i done it on it sports a nice omni tanks and decent dmg not the fastest granted but itll hold full room aggro comfortably and has a good 80k r so range.

I have recently switched from my tengu to a legion for lvl1 to lvl3 blitzing and it works very efficiently.
