Neil Armstrong the first man on the moon died about half an hour ago.

RIP MR Armstrong. As long as man roams amongst the stars your name will never be forgotten!
My missus thinks of EvE as 'the other woman'. :)

But then would we have Eve online without the bravery and frontier spirit of men like Neil Armstrong!

Neil Armstrong, one of the 20th century's greatest hero's, if not the greatest. I am not a big fan of many things American, but he is an exception to that.

A man who inspired my generation. The memory of being able to sit in front of our TV in the early hours of the morning to see his ghost like image step onto the moon is still one of the strongest from my childhood.

As I said, I'm not a fan of much from America, but in this occasion I am more then content to put aside my petty bickering and political thoughts to go out tonight, look to the moon and wink in memory of a great man
